Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TRUVO360, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

TRUVO360 provides AI-powered safety intelligence reports including person verification, vehicle history, and business trust scoring. Reports are generated using publicly available data and proprietary AI analysis. Results are informational and should not be used as the sole basis for any decision.

3. User Obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information, (b) use the platform only for lawful purposes, (c) not attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms, (d) not scrape or bulk-download data, and (e) comply with all applicable laws including FCRA requirements.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the billing cadence of the plan selected. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; your access remains active through the end of the current billing period. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions under any circumstances. The 5-day trial costs $1.99, charged immediately when you provide a card, and includes a limited number of scans. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $6.99/week (Basic Weekly). You may upgrade to Premium, Annual, or Family at any time from your account, or cancel anytime in one tap.

5. Limitation of Liability

TRUVO360 provides safety intelligence as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
